Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Sold Out Purchases:
Due to inventory constant fluctuation sometimes the site might not reflect accurate inventory, if you happen to purchase an item that was unknowingly out of stock we will notify you and refund your funds within 24 hours. Please allow 1-10 business days for the funds to return to your account.
Lost and Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been marked delivered we are no longer responsible.
Please ensure you enter the correct address upon placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. There are no returns permitted.
We will exchange a defective product.
If the product arrived damaged please reach out to us via email email@example.com with photos and we will resolve the issue.
If the product(s) you receive are not what you ordered please reach out to us immediately and we will arrange a return and ship out the correct order.
